An Intro to Binaural Beats

Binaural Beats, or specific tones that stimulate certain parts of our brain can and should be used to your advantage every chance you get. Often, these tones are paired with visually stimulating imagery to induce more of an intense experience. Have you heard of tonal therapy? Pretty much the same concept. Here is an example of the imagery that is commonly used in BB sessions.

Here is a basic chart for tones & what they stimulate.

NameFrequency RangeAssociated With
Beta Brain Waves13 to 40 HzActive, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration
Alpha Brain Waves7 to 13 HzRelaxation while still awake
Theta Brain Waves4 to 7 HzDreams, deep meditation, hypnosis
Delta Waves< 4 HzDeep dreamless sleep

Would you like to try this yourself? Good news is, you can, right now!

I suggest this one for newbies, seeing that you've got to activate that pineal gland before you can use it!
I recommend getting some earphones and relaxing as long as you can. Just listen while you surf the net!

However... If you watch this and don't feel a light buzz/hard pounding in your head, I suggest you try your best to de-calcify your pineal gland and try again! Don't quit trying!

Let me know how it goes and please share your favorite beats with me so I can enjoy them too.
